the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 2.

Senator Zharoff moved for the adoption of the amendment to                     
Amendment No. 2.  Without objection, the amendment to

Senator Zharoff withdrew his objection to Amendment No. 2.  There              
being no further objections, Amendment No. 2 as amended was
